Campaign Organization

We will get your campaign organized with two months of advisory help, detailed instructions about how to set up a campaign organization, advising for organizing campaign priorities and activities, fundraising suggestions, campaign outreach ideas for endorsements and community meetings and events, voter contact and field suggestions, volunteer coordination suggestions, and basic targeting for field activities.

Message Development & Campaign Materials

Creating a consistent and concise message for your campaign is the key to success. We will work with you on your message development, and write the copy for your campaign flyer and talking points. We will create your campaign materials, including, a signature look or campaign logo for your campaign, remit envelope, stationary, a reply card and a campaign flyer. Design and printing costs are extra.

Campaign Database

Good contact management is extremely important to successful fundraising and volunteer coordination. You will receive a custom relational database. The database includes tables, forms and reports designed specifically for a political campaign. In addition, we will design five custom reports for your campaign. List importing, data entry or custom reports are extra.

Campaign Website

Your campaign will receive a basic campaign website. Typical web pages include a home page, biography page, experience or record page, positions or priorities page, endorsements page, volunteer or 'how to help' page, campaign news page, campaign events page, contact page, and a district or jurisdiction information and links page. A campaign domain name and pop email service for a single email name, and pop and email forwarding will be available. Administration of the web service (including content changes and web hosting) will be available throughout the election. It will cost extra to have an email list sign up or group email service, additional email alias's or have credit card processing on the website.
